Power Beyond Belief is committed to offering high-quality, independent Energy Healing and Meditation services. By accessing or using our services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

CLIENT INFORMATION

To secure an appointment, clients are asked to provide contact details including their full name, telephone number, email, and date of birth. All personal information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Clients will only receive communications from us if they opt in and may unsubscribe at any time.

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be prepaid on the website to confirm your booking. This prepayment is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the prepayment being retained to help cover associated costs.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendance. However, to remain fair and consistent, we are unable to refund prepayments for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, regardless of the reason. Once an appointment is confirmed, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they attend. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

SESSION FEES

Our services are independent and complementary, not covered by public or private health insurance. Fees are charged per session and include consultation and treatment. For distant healing, the full session fee is due at the time of booking. Fees are based on the delivery of the service, not guaranteed results, as each individual's response may vary. Some clients may require multiple sessions to achieve their personal goals.

REFUND POLICY

Fees are for the service provided, including consultation and delivery of energy healing. If a block of sessions is booked and the client chooses not to complete them, 48 hours' notice must be given for any refund consideration. Any applied discounts will be forfeited if not all sessions are used.

While we aim to provide professional and ethical services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed and therefore, refunds will not be issued for unmet expectations.

REFUNDS FOR ENERGY HEALINGS, READINGS & MEDITATIONS

Energy Healing works by clearing negative energy, supporting energetic balance, and aiding the body’s self-healing process. It is non-invasive and generally beneficial, though individual experiences may vary. Influences include a person's sensitivity to energy, belief systems, and receptivity. As the session is delivered, and results are subjective, we do not offer refunds once energy healing or attunements have been conducted.

DISTANT HEALING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for distant healing for yourself or someone else, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of another person (unless you are their parent/guardian), you are responsible for ensuring they are informed of these terms.

Distant Healing is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or interfere with ongoing professional treatment. Our services are complementary and can be received alongside conventional care. Please consult a healthcare professional for serious or ongoing conditions.

The effects of Distant Healing may vary and may not be immediately perceived. Results can be influenced by individual factors such as openness, belief systems, and the ability to relax.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Clients (or their legal guardian) remain responsible for decisions regarding their health and wellbeing. Power Beyond Belief shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, income, profit, service, or property, regardless of prior notice of such possibilities. Liability is also excluded in cases of client negligence, pre-existing medical conditions, or reliance on third-party reviews.

INDEMNIFICATION

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Power Beyond Belief harmless from any costs, claims, or legal fees arising from their participation in or reliance upon our services. This includes breaches of these terms or violations of any applicable laws.

Power Beyond Belief MP3 recordings are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, copied, embedded, distributed, or used by anyone other than the original purchaser on their own personal device.
